The Brandon Park Field Revitalization Project

Every year since 1939

The sound of Little League baseball and softball being played at Brandon Park has been heard by Williamsport’s surrounding residents. For years Williamsport’s youth spent their spring and summer days at the fields learning how to play ball, the true value of sportsmanship and making friendships that last a lifetime. In recent years, the residents surrounding Brandon Park have heard silence when they open their windows in the spring instead of the sounds of bats cracking and kids cheering.

Sadly, over the past few years, the condition of the little league fields at Brandon Park have deteriorated to the point that they have been deemed unsafe for play.

Most all of us have some sort of fond memory of baseball or softball at Brandon Park ... including exciting and memorable games, championships, new friendships, family bonding time, coach and mentor relationships have all been formed at this location. So March 2021 the Williamsport Area Little League is kicking off our Brandon Park Baseball & Softball Field Revitalization Project.

The projects goal is to raise enough funding to make much needed repairs and return the Brandon Park fields back into the lively and vibrant environment, full of friendly competition and joy that helped provide us with so many joyous lifelong memories. We so greatly want our youth to have the same amazing opportunities and experiences to create their own memories!
